Definition
White-label web development is website work an outside team builds and your agency delivers under its own brand. The client relationship, the invoice, and the credit stay with you. The code, the deadline, and the technical risk move to us. Agencies use it to sell web projects without hiring an in-house developer.
Synopsis
your brand + our code = your client's website

// who this is for
Built for agencies that sell more than they can build
Built for marketing, SEO, and design shops of two to ten people with no dev bench. The pattern is familiar: the client asks for a website, the agency says yes, and somebody loses two weekends to a page builder.
Marketing & SEO agencies
Your campaigns send traffic to sites you didn't build and can't fix. Sell the rebuild instead and keep the ad budget performing.
Design studios
You have finished Figma files and nobody to code them. We build to your design, pixel for pixel, and you present it as yours.
Solo consultants
You quoted a site to close the deal. Hand us the brief, resell the build at your price, and stay the only face the client knows.
// process
How the partnership works
You send the brief
A Loom, a Figma file, or a one-page form. We confirm the tier and the delivery date before you commit to your client.
We build
Custom code on our stack: React, Next.js, Shopify, Webflow. Half the fee starts the clock.
You review
A private staging link, seen by you before your client. Up to three revision rounds before anything ships.
You deliver
The site goes live on your client's domain under your brand. You get the code and the access, and we disappear from the story.
// partner pricing
Clear prices for your next client project
These are the fees your agency pays us. You choose your client price based on the work and services you sell. We make no claim about your resale price or profit.

// why agencies switch
What we fix about white-label dev
The usual white-label routes are offshore ticket queues, monthly hour bundles, and template farms. Each fix below answers a complaint agencies post publicly about them.
- A price and a date on the same page Most white-label shops quote after a call and deliver in two to eight weeks. Our tiers publish the fee and the clock, and the 48-hour tier is scoped so the clock holds.
- Per project, not per month No retainer to justify in a slow month, no hour bundle to burn down. Buy builds when you sell them; the price does not change with volume.
- Custom code, not a theme No page-builder bloat. The Sprinter tier carries a 90+ mobile PageSpeed commitment in the offer itself, because your client's paid traffic lands on it.
- Same timezone, no translation layer You talk directly to the people writing the code, from Montréal, on North American hours, in English or French.
- Quebec Law 25 by default Bilingual sites with the consent flow built the way the law requires: opt-in analytics, French-first banners, refuse as easy as accept.
- Zero-footprint delivery NDA on request, no credits or signatures in the code, and we never contact your client. The build is yours the moment it ships.
// proof
Demo builds you can click
White-label work is confidential by design, so partner projects stay off this page. These demos are our own, built to show the ceiling of each tier.
VERSO
A 3D condo tower that assembles itself as you scroll. The Scroll Story premium ceiling.
RIVAGE
Twelve months of a construction site as a scroll-driven film, 320 frames.
Nordvia
A 2D scroll story for a fictional Nordic travel brand. The entry point of the tier.

Questions agencies actually ask
What is white-label web development?
An outside team builds websites that your agency sells and delivers under its own brand. Your client signs with you, pays you, and sees your name on the work. We write the code, hit the deadline, and stay invisible.
What does it cost?
Starter: one custom-code page, up to six sections and one working contact form, ready to show your client in 48 elapsed hours from the agreed Monday–Wednesday start with content, access and deposit ready. CAD 250 reserves the slot and CAD 250 is due on approval. If Nexa misses the deadline through its responsibility, we refund payments within two business days, cancel the balance and finish the agreed page free within two further business days. Public launch follows approval. Other packages have dates in their written quote.
Are prices in Canadian or US dollars?
Agency buying prices in CAD, before applicable tax: one-page starter 500 fixed; basic Shopify from 750; premium Shopify from 1,750; WordPress (up to five pages) from 1,500; Elementor from 1,250 for one page or 2,000 for up to five; Webflow from 1,500 for one page or 2,500 for up to five; Scroll Story from 2,500. Additional work needs a written quote.
Will my client ever find out you exist?
Not from us. We sign an NDA on request, ship code with no credits or agency signatures in it, and never contact your client. If they view source, they see your brand.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the build is paid. We hand off the repository and the accounts at delivery and keep nothing that lets us touch the site afterwards, unless you add the Care Plan.
What do you build on?
React and Next.js for custom sites, Shopify for storefronts, Webflow or Elementor when the client needs a CMS they can edit. GSAP for the Scroll Story tier. We pick the stack per tier so the deadline holds.
Is 48-hour delivery real?
For the CAD 500 one-page starter, we agree an exact 48-hour slot with the content, access and deposit ready. The working page is ready to show your client; public launch follows approval. If we miss the deadline through our responsibility, we refund payments within two business days, waive the balance and finish the agreed page free within two further business days. Other projects have dates in their written quote. Full scope and remedy: nexaweb.dev/offer-terms.txt.
Do you build French and bilingual sites?
Natively. We are a Montréal shop; French is a working language here, not a translation pass. Bilingual FR/EN builds and Quebec Law 25 consent flows are the default on every tier.
Do you work with agencies outside Canada?
Yes. We work with agencies across Canada and the United States, which keeps every call inside North American business hours.
